**Brad Isaacs**, founder of MIND-Y, has spent the past 29 years experiencing first-hand the flaws in the educational and leadership structures that are meant to prepare people for the world of work. Struggling to fit into a system that failed to recognise individual needs, Brad learned early on that simply memorising information had no bearing on the actual skills required in the workplace. From ineffective leadership that cared more about hierarchy than humanity, to the lack of support for mental health and well-being, Brad saw a glaring gap between education and the real world.
